One reason our sale is successful, is due to our wonderful volunteers. Thank you for participating year after year. If you have never volunteered in the past, come volunteer at one, or both of our upcoming sales and I'm sure you will be "hooked". Volunteers are invited to a great presale held on the evening before the sales open to the public (1-4 hrs before the sellers!). Most people find that a true shopping advantage.
Volunteer positions are available for both moms and dads (we have "men only" shifts on Mon., Wed. or Sat. evenings) and vary from set-up, security, sorting, check-in, computer knowledgeable cashiers, signs and break down. 4 1/2 hour shifts start Monday evening and run through Saturday evening. Register soon, as it is first come, first serve and certain slots fill up quickly! Can't get away for 4 1/2 hours? Then consider our trade services below.

3 shift volunteers: 1:00pm*
2 shift volunteers: 2:30pm
1 shift volunteers: 5:00pm
Sellers: 6:00pm
Registered First Time Moms: 7:00pm
Mount Paran North Volunteer: Presale Date: Thursday, August 7th
3 shift volunteers: 4:00pm*
2 shift volunteers: 5:00pm
1 shift volunteers: 6:00pm
Sellers: 7:00pm
Registered First Time Moms: 8:00pm
Trade Services: Can't get away for 4 1/2 hours? Then consider the following Trade options.
Meal Trades -If you would like to bring a full, home cooked lunch or dinner for eight, you will earn a 1 shift volunteer presale pass to that sale. (No canned meats, pork, or fast food please.) We will have all utensils, plates and drinks. - Full
Radio or TV Coverage: If you have a contact with any of the local radio, television stations, or newspapers and can "pull some strings" for us, you will earn a volunteer presale pass to the 1 shift volunteer preview sale. (Newspaper article, Radio/TV coverage during the sale etc.). This is not just having our sale listed in local advertisements. Please send email through the "Contact Us" link above.
Vendor Bags - You will pick up, stuff and deliver 265 vendor bags to the sale for 1 volunteer presale pass. - Full
