By attending, entering, or participating in any event organized or hosted by All 4 Kids, you enter an area where photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur.

Consent to Media Release

By entering the event premises, you grant All 4 Kids, its affiliates, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, transmit, edit, and distribute your name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance captured during the Event.

This content may be used for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Promotional materials, advertising, and marketing campaigns

  • Official website media and digital content

  • Social media posts, stories, and advertisements

  • Press releases and public relations distribution

  • Print publications, brochures, and event signage

Terms & Rights

  • No Compensation: You acknowledge and agree that you will receive no financial compensation or royalties for the use or publication of any media featuring your image or likeness.

  • Waiver of Inspection: You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein your likeness appears.

  • Release of Liability: You release and hold harmless All 4 Kids, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of your photograph, image, or likeness.

Children & Minors

If you are attending the Event with minor children under the age of 18, your entry into the event constitutes full consent and agreement to these terms on behalf of each minor in your care.
